Order Processing Time

Oofos processes most orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing may take longer during major holidays or special promotional events.

Once your order leaves the Oofos facility, delivery typically takes between 7 and 12 business days. Overall, you can expect to receive your items within 14 days from order placement, depending on your location and external factors.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, final destination, carrier operations, or unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or transit delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your order details and displayed clearly during checkout.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, Oofos will send you tracking information. Please allow a short grace period for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Order Cancellations

Returns and Refunds

Oofos accepts returns within 14 days of your package delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After Oofos receives and inspects the returned product, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days.
